Pathetic Attempt at trying to Prove Silicone Breast Implants are Rupture Proof
I recently viewed this YouTube video of a woman running over a breast implant. I find many problems with this video.
First of all this really isn’t a joke and might make women think that these things won’t rupture easily. I know many woman that have been in car accidents and their implants have ruptured. Now I’m not saying these are the kind of car accidents that are so severe that the woman can’t walk away from it. Most were minor car accidents.
This, in my opinion, is a pathetic attempt to prove that implants are difficult to rupture. The women are ‘giggily’ and just not very credible at all!!!
We were not told what kind of implant it was. If this is a gummy bear implant, it probably would have just flattened out even though the silicone inside would have been exposed and in the body, that is very dangerous. To me, it looked flat after running over it.
Another thing I noticed is that after running over the implant, the one lady as indicated by her hand motions, appeared to have something on them. Possibly silicone?
This is really no laughing matter and these ladies are making a huge joke out of this. Many women have been harmed by ruptured silicone implants.
Interesting too that this was to promote a surgeon that performs breast augmentations so do you really think that they would have shown this if the implant would have splattered all over the place??? Doubt not, but there was clearly some sort of rupture there since the implant was FLAT after the car went over it. They were also very surprised that it didn’t rupture. If this weren’t such a dangerous message to be sending out to women, it would actually be comical.

In addition to everything Beth said….I don’t understand how RUNNING OVER a breast implant with your car proves that they are safe! If women think a breast implant behaves the same way under a car tire that it does in a HUMAN BODY…they are sadly mistaken! The human body is very very complex….I think most women would be shocked to really find out what goes on in the body when a breast implant is implanted inside of it!

The woman in the video seemed closely associated with the plastic surgeon’s office. It made me wonder if she was either an employee, or the wife of the surgeon. There’s no way that a truly reputable and professional doctor would allow such a ridiculous video to be associated with his practice. I would definitely avoid that place.

Ruptured or not, silicone implants bleed. If you leave them sitting on a counter for half an hour and then pick them up, you’ll find that they’ve emitted a greasy film. What does that grease do inside the warm, moist cocoon of a woman’s breast? That’s the much more important question, I think.

Is this a gummy bear implant? I think these are banned! Or is it the new cohesive silicone implant? Yes it was Flat ,and you could see the split on the side!How un-profesional to add your phone number to this! I think its one of the Drs girls,too.aybe these giggly little girls should visit the heart wrenching support groups,and see how some women almost die and then some women do,or come totally disabled!The one thing the FDA and Drs cant answer is what happens after the silicone ,bleeds, leaks, or eats through the capsule, Where it goes and the reaction of the silicone into the human body.no but they study beagles(dogs)!SICK! Kerry, Gummy Bear Implants are under clinical studies but this woman did not indicate what type of implant it was anyway.
