		<description>Last time there was a slump in plastic surgery, the rise of surgical-reality tv shows like The Swan and Extreme Makeover stepped in to give a much needed umph.  I wonder what they'll think of next?  I was so happy when these crazy shows went off and I hope they do not return.</description>
