Jamie, I bet you would absolutely be correct. Doctors are willing to go very far to resassure us that breast implants can't cause any symptoms. I started pressuring the issue with one of my rheumatologists and he basically kicked me out of his office (as he had done a two year study on breast implants and found no connection...what great long-term data he was working with!)

I also have Raynaud's. If you do a search on the causes of Raynaud's, you will see it is caused by excessive exposure to PVC. I wonder... if I went to a Plastic Surgeon to ask about the link between implants and Raynaud's what would be the reply. I am pretty sure the surgeon would say it can't be the implants, must be the shower curtain.

My implants, biosil nagor from the Uk bought right here in orlando for 5 grand even, were supposed to be in a study. First silicone was banned in 2000, and i was to fit a certain critera that i did not fit, thank god. They were also investigational, mmax use time 1 to 3 years, i had them 6 years. No one keeps records or keeps track of implants that are supposed to be in a study, im somewhat living....proof! pvc is why i have raynauds.my 5 year old shows symptoms of raynauds in her hands also, she is a silicone kid, thanks for letting me share.

I think much like silicone, PVC is also found in many of the products we use.

We are told not to freeze or heat the bottles up that soft drinks or water comes in as it becomes toxic from the plastic. I'm assuming this is PVC.

No doubt, we live in a very toxic world. Some of us will become very ill from these toxins and some will not. I have no explanation for this other than some are more sensitive to it than others.

Much like amalgam fillings, I know some people that have become disabled from their fillings and have had to have them all removed. They then go through a detox, like chelation and their health completely turns around and then there are others, like my Mother that has had these fillings all her life and she is not affected in any way. She is 83 years old and can basically run circles around me.
