Largest Breast Implants in the World

Maxi Mounds, a porn star from New York City, made it into the Guinness Book of World Records by having the largest breast implants in the world. Each of Maxi’s Breasts weighs 20 pounds, and are still growing!

But the procedure she used to get there has officially been banned by British authorities. Maxi explains that she had the old-style silicone implants. But then came all the scare stories, so she had them replaced with overfilled saline. After a few years, her chest began to sag, so she had tubes put in her armpits so she could be topped up. In 2000, she had her implants removed and the pockets filled with polypropylene plastic string. This procedure, which has been banned, uses a solution that is injected into the breasts; it then irritates them, causing them to produce fluid and inflate the area further.

Maxi was quoted in this article as saying:

“It takes a very special type of person to be with someone who looks like me because of the reactions I get from people whenever I’m out in public. I’ve seen some pretty funny things happen. Men walking into things and getting slapped by their girlfriends because they were staring so hard.”

Well, Maxi the first thing I have to say is that men aren’t staring because they find your oversized, gigantic “breasts” attractive. They are staring because you look like a train wreck! It’s not a pretty sight, but you can’t help but stare! Second, why in the world would someone put their life and their health at risk for the sake of HUGE breasts? Not only is this “treatment” banned, but it is banned for a very good reason! Any time you are purposely implanting something into the body for the sole purpose of irritating a body part, you are asking for some serious trouble! It will not surprise me one bit to see this woman totally disabled in a few years due to the amount of fluid she is purposely causing her body to produce.

Maxi

  1. What in the world???!!! Sometimes I’m amazed that people would (1) abort all reason and do experiments on themselves and (2) think they are attractive when they are in fact “freakish”.

  2. In my opinion, you’d have to convince yourself you’re attractive when there’s no going back from a decision like that. I don’t want to pass judgment unfairly, but I wonder what happened to her sense of rationale. Who told her this was okay? Who the hell were her surgeons??

  3. This woman seek attention and has received it. She is now ’special’. I find it far more troubling that women have ‘ordinary’ implants and breast enhancement done.

What any woman ends up with is NOT a breast, it is a plastic ‘baloon’ she wears on her chest. Admiring the look of them is so odd to me.

They have no feeling, cannot nurse an child and exist only to satisfy a sad craving created by a society that teaches us, women especially that how we look - conforming to the current standard of the day - is more important than our character or actions.

    Very troubling.

  4. Those were my thoughts too…who told her this looked “good?” I mean, isn’t the whole idea behind plastic surgery that it is supposed to make you more appealing? I don’t get it…she looks like a freak show! Who pays money (for a risky procedure) to look like a freak show?

  5. Ann- I couldn’t agree more. The idea of implanting plastic bags into your chest to try and fit into what you believe society finds beautiful is crazy! And, don’t you think that men would find it strange too?? Like….”uuuhhh I am touching a plastic bag of silicone and getting turned on by it, this isn’t right.” Don’t these things cross anyone’s mind?

  6. It just goes to show you what’s accepted as normal now. Just yesterday I heard my own boyfriend talk about his high school friend’s mom, saying “She was the hot mom, you know? Breast implants, blonde, skinny…” Let me tell you, I did not let that one slide! And, anyway, blow-up dolls. There, I said it. Ugh!

  7. Katie- When my hubby sees women like that he can’t help but stare but it’s not because he finds them attractive its because he can’t belive how dumb they look! He gets this glazed over look on his face like “is that for real?” Just the other night we were watching a show on MTV “My parent’s are embarrassing.” And, there was this Mom with a couple of teenagers and she was like 45 or so…had TONS of plastic surgery. My husband was just like “how can her husband be attracted to that? Everything is FAKE!” The woman looked completely ridiculous.

  8. I read this article as well. It included a picture of her as a young girl in her 20’s. Very pretty with a perfect body (in my opinion).

I must say I felt sadness. I do believe that she must have some kind of body dysmorphic disorder. I just hope these things don’t kill her before she realizes just how dangerous these string implants are.

It’s just too sad for me.
