		<description>Shirl,

I'm so glad you had 2 good experiences with Dr. Melmed! He is an excellent surgeon and a fine person. He explanted my saline implants as well, and I trusted him so much that I went back to him for a second opinion when a lump of inflammation painfully restricted the movement of my wrist. Dr. Melmed saved me from choosing another surgeon and ending up with an awful scar, he performed the surgery himself and my lump is gone and I'm left with a cute little mark that people barely notice. He cares about us as people and does his best to use his expertise to make our lives better.

I'm so glad that you are feeling better and were able to have good aesthetic results as well! I believe that if more women knew that you can look great once your breast implants are removed, they wouldn't be so scared of the surgery. Compared to augmentation, explant was a breeze! It's amazing how less painful it is.

I hope your health continues to improve and that you are able to be pain-free once again,
