		<description>Pam - I couldn't agree with you more!  I have often thought it to be the unusual, which sets the tone in trends.  There are so many fake enhanced breasts out there, they have become the norm.  

Too me, it is the Gwynneth Paltrows of the world, which provide a refreshing, and healthy view of the way things ought to be!

Sadly, we have a Madison Avenue perceptions of what beauty ought to be!</description>

This post makes me feel really lucky  that I  haven't had to undergo an ordeal like cancer and masectomy.    I really salute your bravery.</description>
