My Name is Molly Stennes, and I am having simalar problems, I'm 22 and I get hot flashes. Even when I'm not moving around much. Also I get them during the night. I'll wake up because Sweat is litterally dripping down my chest arms neck legs everywhere. My top sheet was damp the pjs I was wearing were soaked through. I'm fairly healthy not so much pshically. I also get that feeling of what feels like bugs crawling on my skin. I litterally end up trying to swat them away but theres nothing there. I didnt start getting this hot flashes till I reached my 20's. When I would go shopping I would be constantly putting my coat on because I would be freezing and then I have to take it off because I would get so hot. It is possible to get arthritis in your teens but hot flashes in your 20's?. I would somtimes have them several nights in a row. As it started to dry I would be freezing and, before I knew it my sheets were drenched in sweat. Also my skin gets so warm somtimes it feels like im running a fever and I'm affraid to look in the mirror because I'm sure that my skin is probably beet red. Should I make an appointment to see a dr?. It has been happening on and off latley even when I'm wearing t-shirts or tank tops. In fact its happening as I'm writing this. What should I do?

You might be the person whose input plants the seed of recovery, making it a possibility and even a probability...more in my blog....

A friend of mine had endo surgery just before I started becoming sick. All she ever wanted was a baby, but she wasn't sure if the endo, or her teenage eating disorder had erased that hope for good. A few years have passed and she now has 2 healthy children (boy then a girl, what we always thought was the perfect order). She had absolutely no problems!

Hopefully your health has returned to normal and that you're hot/cold flash free (I'm sweating as I type :) Menopause is something I'm not looking forward to, especially thanks to the preview.

Thanks for the water tip. I should drink way more than I am. I've also found that if my emotions get stirred at all, the flashes appear. Oh, and if I've been around a group of people, kids especially, and I start coming down with a sinus infection(my immune system is lacking due to meds I take) the hot flashes come with avengence.
